We’re looking for a Digital Analyst to join our client. As part of an ambitious digital transformation, you’ll play a key role in managing and improving digital tracking across a suite of websites and customer shops. This is a hands-on role where you’ll have a real opportunity to shape the digital analytics strategy, move away from reliance on external consultants, and take ownership of all digital tagging and tracking.
What you’ll be doing:
In this role, you’ll take ownership and manage Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for tracking, analysis and insight of user behaviour. You’ll have full ownership of the digital analytics process, from implementing tags to troubleshooting and data analysis. Your insights will be key in identifying opportunities for conversion rate optimization and enhancing user experience across both content and commercial platforms. You’ll work closely with internal teams to support data-driven decision-making and the strategic planning that drives business innovation.
You’ll be central to the team as they continue to evolve and expand their digital operations.
