The Role:
I am eeking an organised and proactive Service Coordinator to manage and schedule service operations efficiently. In this role, you will be the central point of contact for customers and service engineers, ensuring smooth delivery of maintenance, repairs, and installations.
You will play a key role in coordinating resources, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Schedule and assign service tasks to engineers, ensuring timely completion.
* Act as the primary contact for customers, providing updates and addressing inquiries.
* Maintain accurate records of service requests, contracts, and schedules.
* Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure availability of parts and resources.
* Monitor service performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
Skills and Experience Required:
* Previous experience in a service coordination or scheduling role.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
* Proficiency in all Microsoft packages
* Problem-solving skills with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
