This role sits within our Stadia division, catering for fans and visitors at prestigious stadiums across the UK. With matchdays, concerts, conferences, and banquets to be catered for, our specialist teams are experts in adapting to our client's needs with locally sourced seasonal menu's. At the heart of the matchday experience, we bring choice, quality, and value for money to some of the most prestigious sports venues across the UK.
What you'll be doing...
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
1. Develop inbound sales strategies.
2. Handle inquiries, create proposals, and convert leads.
3. Analyze market trends.
Event Planning and Execution:
4. Manage event planning and execution.
5. Collaborate with Venue departments for event planning.
Offer Development / Creativity:
6. Assist in developing new packages and campaigns.
7. Provide creative sales ideas.
CRM Management:
8. Maintain data integrity and compliance in the CRM system.
Budget Management:
9. Maintain profit margins and control costs.
10. Submit budgetary information and sales reports.
Contract Negotiation:
11. Ensure profitable outcomes through negotiation.
Your creativity will ensure exceptional events and unforgettable hospitality experiences. You'll develop new offerings and collaborate on various events, including rugby, concerts, football, and Christmas. Handle inquiries, sell bespoke packages, and highlight our innovative spaces and culinary experiences. Maximize revenue by retaining accounts, upselling, and converting new leads.
Working Pattern: 7.5 hours per day

12. Minimum 1-2 years’ experience within an industry-relevant sales role
13. Experience of event planning at all levels
14. Creative flair and ability to bring fresh ideas
15. Highly organised and able to deal with all tasks, to see a job through to conclusion
16. Excellent written and oral communication skills
17. Ability to work in a pressurised, fast paced environment
