Support Worker - Opportunity to Progress
Whether you have experience within the social care sector or are considering a career change, Care Through The Millennium (CTTM) can support you with the training and guidance to enable you to make a difference in vulnerable people's lives by joining a team of likeminded individuals.
CTTM was established in 1986 as a caring and supportive residential care provider, offering support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, and challenging behaviours. The organisation has continued to thrive and now employs over 330 people in our residential and supported living services across South Birmingham and Warwickshire. Many of our valued team members joined CTTM with no care experience and have now achieved care qualifications and promotions into management positions.
