Job Title: Temporary Receptionist (6-Month Temporary Contract) Location: Horsham Job Type: Temporary (6 Months) Start times: 08:00 - 17:30 (on site) Start Date: End of April Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner. - Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments. - Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages. - Maintain a tidy and organized reception area. - Schedule appointments and meetings as needed. - Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence. - Provide general support to office staff and handle ad hoc duties as assigned. Requirements: - Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in a similar customer-facing role. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Friendly, professional demeanour with strong interpersonal skills. - Availability to commit to the full six-month duration
