The HR Assistant is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our HR Operations team. You will be responsible for a full range of administration support across all HR processes including payroll, compliance and employee relations. Previous HR experience is not essential for this role, we are simply looking for candidates are positive, can-do, proactive and have the ability to learn quickly. Some previous administration and customer service experience is essential as you will be the first point of contact within the HR Operations Team for our internal and external stakeholders, so you will need to be confident to interact with staff of all levels. Support with level 3/5 CIPD qualifications will be available to candidates after they have passed their proba Main duties of the job Provide a full range of administration support for HR related matters. Be the first point of contact within the HR Operations Team providing a proactive Reception service to departmental visitors and stakeholders. Support and assist the HR team across on-boarding, data administration, payroll, compliance and employee relations. Assist in the preparation and issue HR related paperwork including contracts of employment, variations to contract etc. Support the HR and Systems Compliance Advisor to ensure HR Systems are used to full functionality and maintain data integrity. Report and analyse data to share with team and organisation. Provide a responsive and professional service to internal and external stakeholders. Support and actively partake in HR development projects to assist with the on-going improvement of the HR Service; seeking out opportunities to refine and streamline processes and practice. Uphold confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information and HR-related matters.
