Premises Manager - Pencoed Primary

The Governing Body of Pencoed Primary School is seeking to appoint a Premises Manager to work as part of a friendly, hard-working team.
We are looking for a caretaker who is committed to the provision of maintenance and security on our school site. We require someone who is able to build strong professional relationships with staff, parents and children and is dedicated to ensuring that our school is a clean and orderly working environment.
The successful candidate will have health and safety responsibilities including maintaining the school building and grounds in a safe condition and working in a safe manner.
As part of these duties there will be a requirement to carry out and record essential periodic health and safety checks and undertake maintenance/DIY as required.
We are looking for a colleague who is enthusiastic, motivated and hard-working. A willingness to be an integral part of our hard-working team is essential.
