We construct, own and manage our own network of state-of-the-art Bio-CNG public access refuelling stations, procuring our own 100% renewable Biomethane. Our Bio-CNG is derived entirely from biomethane extracted from waste materials such as food, animal, and wastewater. It undergoes independent verification and is sanctioned by the Department for Transport’s Renewable Transport Fuel Obligation (RTFO).

Role Overview
We are seeking a competent Maintenance Co-Ordinator to support our Engineering & Maintenance department. The Maintenance Co-ordinator will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing efficient support to staff and management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain comprehensive maintenance schedules, including planning engineers' workloads to ensure all equipment and machinery are serviced on time, minimising downtime and optimising operational efficiency.
2. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
3. Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
4. Keep the company maintenance database updated with precise attention to detail.
5. Schedule and coordinate appointments with external contractors to ensure compliance across our sites.
6. Collaborate with departments across the wider business to ensure accurate reporting and seamless teamwork.
7. Assist in the preparation of reports and documents, including formatting, proofreading, and editing.
8. Provide administrative support to staff and management.
9. Assist the stocks team with administrative tasks.
10. Monitor and maintain office equipment, including troubleshooting issues and coordinating repairs.
11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and legislation.
12. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
1. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
2. Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
3. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff at all levels.
6. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
7. Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and deadlines.
8. Knowledge of office procedures and equipment maintenance.
9. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
The position is contingent upon undergoing pre-employment checks conducted by CNG Fuels, which may include, but are not limited to: Driving Licence checks, qualification checks, DBS checks & Right to Work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £30,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
