The main entrance of the pub is located from the car park which has space for several vehicles. As you enter the pub, you are directed into the lobby where you will find the toilets. The main trading area is a one-room operation that opens out to an extensive space. To the left of the entrance is the bar with two snugs and a dining area to the right with plenty of tables and chairs. There is a well-equipped catering kitchen to support the home-cooked food offer currently in place. Patio doors lead out to the large beer garden, mainly laid to lawn, making it the perfect space for families and outdoor events. The décor is traditional with flag floors, carpeted areas, and an open fire, creating a cozy vibe.
Trading Style
The potential for a place like the Peel Arms lies in various avenues; community-based initiatives such as family fun days, fairs, live music, charity nights, quiz nights, and themed food nights should be on the agenda for this fantastic pub to bring the community together. Food and drink are key to evolving this business and should complement the food menu. A cask ale lover and/or wine enthusiast would fit in well with the locals of Ashley. The beautiful beer garden located at the rear of the pub is a hotspot for locals in the summer months and hosts some popular community events throughout the year.

Tie: All drinks categories are tied. For fully funded licensees on long-term agreements, we offer free-of-tie options for certain drinks categories in exchange for an annual fee.
Training
£350.00 – Before signing a long-term agreement, you will be required to attend our 7 Steps to Sales Success training programme, held online over two days, where you will learn marketing and business strategies to help grow sales in your pub.
Service Charge Cost
£63.33 per week – The Admiral Taverns Premium Maintenance Package will help take care of your compliance and statutory obligations with one simple fee, while giving you peace of mind about your boiler and cellar cooling repair and replacement. This also includes full access to e-learning for you and your staff.
