Position: Production Operative
Location: Salisbury
Role Overview: The Production Operative will be required to multi-skill across process areas to support production output.
Responsibilities:
1. Follow process instructions to achieve daily output
2. Adhere to all health and safety procedures
3. Weigh, fill, and press cartridges
4. Manufacture and prepare for production
5. Assemble flares
6. Ensure compliance with Core Health & Safety Fire Training
7. Conduct quality control of all products
8. Handle pyrotechnic products
Specification:
1. Right to live and work in the UK, with the ability to obtain a BPSS
2. Ability to wear full PPE
3. Previous experience in a similar environment
4. Knowledge of safety procedures
5. Ability to follow detailed instructions
Working Hours: This role is a 4-day week, working 40 hours per week, Sunday to Thursday. Flexibility is critical to support the team.
Pay Levels:
1. Level 1: 0 – 6 months service - £13.12 per hour
2. Level 2: 6 to 12 months service - £13.70 per hour
3. Level 3: 12 months service or more - £14.91 per hour
