Type: Temporary to Permanent About This Role Leader Education is currently seeking a passionate and dynamic Behaviour Mentor / Teaching Assistant to support secondary school students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This role involves working directly with students who exhibit challenging behaviour, helping them to understand and manage their emotions effectively. You will support students both inside and outside the classroom to improve their behaviour, boost their academic performance, and foster a positive learning environment. No two days will be the same, and you will need to be adaptable and able to think on your feet. Your focus will be on building strong, trusting relationships with the students, tailoring support to meet their individual needs while adhering to the school's policies.
