We are handling a newly created FP&A Manager position on an interim basis for an initial 6 months.
Our client is a growing international services business and is looking to create a new FP&A function. This role offers the opportunity to design the functions, processes, and controls of this new team.
FP&A Manager – The Role
1. Using Power BI and other data visualisation tools to present to the SLT and board.
2. Providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
3. Creating and maintaining an intelligent 13-week cashflow process to capture funding inflows and outflows.
4. Preparing financial models which enable and challenge decision making and new strategic initiatives.
FP&A Manager – The Person
1. Qualified ACCA, ACA, or CIMA with post-qualification experience.
2. Solid multi-currency consolidation experience.
3. Excellent financial modelling/Power BI skills.
4. A flair for communication with stakeholders from both financial and non-financial backgrounds.
This role is paying the equivalent of £75 - £80k p/a. There is potential for the role to go permanent.
