An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Charge Nurse to join the multidisciplinary team at Perth Royal Infirmary Endoscopy Unit. This busy department provides a five day service, undertaking diagnostic and therapeutic procedures for a variety of investigations including Colonoscopy, Sigmoidoscopy, Gastroscopy, Urology and Bronchoscopy for both out patients and in-patients. This Senior Charge Nurse post offers an excellent opportunity for an individual to provide effective management and leadership to the endoscopy nursing team. You must be able to evidence proven leadership skills and previous success in driving change and development. We want our Endoscopy Units to be places where patients come first, therefore you must have the ability and commitment to work as part of a team delivering high standards of patient centred care and strive to continue to improve the patient experience. You will be expected to work flexibly to meet the needs of this service. Experience at Band 6 Charge Nurse level is essential.
