Introduction: The Sales Support Administrator in the Power Division provides essential administrative support to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction, with a strong focus on timely follow-up actions and scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative Support: Assist Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Account Managers with customer-related tasks, documentation, and follow-ups, ensuring actions from BDM meetings are taken within one hour and completed within 24 hours.
* Customer Management: Address and resolve customer issues, manage orders, and oversee onboarding and setup projects, ensuring BDMs have a set number of face-to-face appointments per week.
* Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with various departments, track sales processes, and provide accurate reporting to the Divisional Managing Director.
