A school I am working with in the Borough of Barnet is looking for a Psychology Graduate to bring into their supportive cohort. About the job:
1. A Psychology Graduate will be paid up to £106.00/day inclusive of holiday pay, paid weekly in arrears via PAYE.
2. Responsibilities for a Psychology Graduate include making sure students work towards their EHCP targets, supporting children with the curriculum, supporting students pastorally, and communicating with staff and parents.
3. A Psychology Graduate will have outstanding knowledge of SEND and A-Typical Development.
4. This role will see applicants support children with SEND such as, but not limited to, ASD, SEMH, SaL needs, physical disabilities, and ADHD.
5. To apply for the Psychology Graduate role, you should be a Psychology Graduate with a strong academic record at Degree, A-Level, and GCSE level.
6. Full training will be provided, as well as opportunities for CPD (Continued Professional Development).
7. Initial short-term contract lasting until July 2025, but with the opportunity to carry on with the school if the first year goes well!
