An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our busy and supportive team at St Woolos Hospital, working in either the Outpatient Departments or the Referral & Booking Centre. We are seeking dedicated individuals to play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist patients in person or via telephone
* Schedule, amend, and cancel appointments
* Process referrals, clinic outcomes and update waiting lists
* Maintain professional communication with patients and staff
* Contribute to the efficient operation of our reception and booking services
