Apply below now The Opportunity: You’ll take the lead in optimising paid search, social, and programmatic campaigns. Managing large-scale campaigns across all 3 areas for our esteemed Higher Education clients. Whether you’re an all-rounder or a specialist, we’re open to your expertise. And here’s the exciting twist: if you’re keen on client-facing interactions, that opportunity awaits you too The Day-to-day: Campaign Strategy and Execution Develop, execute, and optimize cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch. Collaborate cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies with overall marketing goals. Provide detailed client reports and ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance. Paid Media Channels Utilize Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4 for effective campaign tracking and measurement. Manage campaigns across meta channels, including Snapchat, TikTok, and DV360. Oversee day-to-day execution of paid media activities. Budget Management Manage the overall budget for paid media initiatives. Conduct in-depth keyword research, ad grouping, and audience targeting. Industry Knowledge Stay informed about industry best practices and new technologies. Experience: Prior experience in a Paid Media Manager role, or a Senior Paid Media Executive with a few years experience ready to take the next step up Technical knowledge and experience with paid social campaigns on Meta Ads. We also use LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, Snap chat & YouTube, so any exposure in these fields would also be highly desired. Tracking and reporting experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Good communication skills - comfortable presenting to clients, colleagues and large groups Experience working in an agency environment is preferable but not essential.
