Role Description This is a full-time role as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director at Q Medical Technologies Ltd in Kendal. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Managing Director, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communication, and performing various organizational tasks. This role would particularly suit someone who has worked in one of the following fields; Healthcare, Medical Secretary, MedTech, Operations, PA to C Suite. Qualifications Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in office software and communication tools Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Experience in a similar role or administrative capacity is preferred Microsoft Office 365 Key Responsibilities Administrative tasks Email & diary management Insurance registrations Manage hospital requests and data requirements Managing non-compliance Set up staff training tasks Expenses Travel & Event organisation What we offer Competitive salary to be discussed depending on experience £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience Company pension contribution 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Life assurance Health insurance
