Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Frame Stylist / Optical Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for fashion, strong communication skills, and the ability to assist clients in selecting eyewear that complements their style and meets their vision needs. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, maintaining knowledge of the latest eyewear trends, and supporting the team to achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and provide expert assistance in frame and lens selection, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.
* Eyewear Styling: Offer personalized frame recommendations based on customers' face shape, lifestyle, and fashion preferences.
* Product Knowledge: Stay informed on the latest eyewear trends, lens technologies, and brand offerings to answer customer inquiries confidently.
* Sales Support: Assist customers through the purchasing process, explain product details, and answer any questions related to frames, lenses, and warranties.
* Order Processing: Handle frame orders, lens customization, and follow up on any customer-specific requests or adjustments.
* Inventory Management: Help maintain stock levels, organize displays, and ensure that frames are showcased attractively.
* Insurance Billing: Verify and process insurance claims, explain insurance benefits to customers, and ensure accurate billing for covered services and products.
* Adjustments & Repairs: Perform minor frame adjustments, cleanings, and basic repairs as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with optometrists, technicians, and other team members to ensure seamless patient care and customer service.
Qualifications:
* Experience: 1+ years in retail, sales, or optical setting preferred; knowledge of eyewear and lenses is a plus.
* Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to interact effectively with customers and team members.
* Fashion Sense: An eye for style, with the ability to advise customers on frames that suit their look and lifestyle.
* Customer Service Orientation: Passionate about providing a top-notch customer experience with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
* Problem-Solving Ability: Resourceful and able to address customer needs and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
