About us
We’re big on relationships and relational practice and we’re being recognised nationally for this. We believe trusting, positive relationships are essential to supporting staff and improving the lives of children and families. That is then put into practice with our hardworking and committed staff. We work together, support each other, provide development opportunities and offer real career pathways.
We are making positive progress in terms of our ways to work with children, young people and families to achieve better outcomes for all. We are empathetic in our work and listen to our families; building on their strengths and work towards agreed goals.
We create SMART plans with our families to ensure goals are achievable, focused and realistic whilst being specific to each individual child, young person and family.
We are passionate to ensure we offer services that are:
* good enough for my child
* manage the risk for the child, not the organisation,
* leading a shared approach to parenting
* persistent in making sure every child has someone who will stand up for them
* attuned to what kind of adult we want to support our children and young people to be at 20 years, 35 years and 50 years old
