Facilities Operative – Mears FM
Location: Cambridge
Salary: up to £25,459.20 per annum
Hours: 40 Hours Per Week
Facilities Management services are the backbone of our business, and we collaborate closely with other maintenance divisions to deliver innovative Facilities Management services to clients and end users across the UK.
About the role:
As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the facilities, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and security. You will report to the facilities manager and be responsible for a diverse range of duties, including cleaning of communal areas, end of tenancy cleaning, and office cleaning.
What you need:
* Previous Facilities Management experience
* A determined 'can-do' attitude, positive mindset in the face of challenges, and flexibility towards hours and tasks
* Excellent communication skills
* Awareness of L8 Legionellosis
All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK; Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
