DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (Onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day of your choosing) The impact you will have in this role : Being a member of the MAOC Integration Team (Mergers, Acquisitions and Organizational Changes), the Integration Consultant II will play an important role with program managing the various clients' MAOCs at DTCC. The MAOC team interacts directly with all levels of management with our existing as well as potentially new clients, delivering prompt and professional guidance to applicants as they navigate through the entire MAOC process. The MAOC Integration Consultant II will program manage all internal critical processes to ensure smooth and seamless changes at DTCC with no impact to the client. In addition, the MAOC Integration Consultant II will have a passion for client services, act as role model for all DTCC products and services and contribute to the strategic direction of the larger organization. Your Primary Responsibilities : Program Manage all aspects of the clients' MAOC projects at DTCC Lead various project meetings to align on expectations, timelines, and overall results Drive client engagement/activities, and coordinate with the vital internal stakeholders/groups to facilitate client conversations (ex. Legal, Product, Credit, Connectivity) Support management as needed on work assignment/Product engagement Serve as the SME for the business/technical side of MAOC requirements and help educate partners on the Integration process NOTE: The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above.
