We are supporting a leading Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage business in their search for a Programme Manager. The role will be carried out on a hybrid working basis with 3 days per week in the office.
Our client is currently going through a large period of transformation and is looking for this person to manage the successful delivery of a number of key transformation initiatives, leading a team of 3 project managers.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Extensive programme management experience
* Prior experience working with frontline workforces
* Hands on and delivery focused approach to programme management
* Exceptional stakeholder management
* Prior experience with operational technology
