The Company Based in central Newcastle, my client is looking to grow their current IT team. This is very much a customer facing role so having very good customer service skills is an absolute must. My client is looking for an immediate start and this role will involve being onsite 5 days per week. The ideal candidate would have experience of a 1st line support role and have worked in customer facing or call centre environments.
