The Role
The Content and Campaign Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging campaigns and content that reinforce the company’s brands as the first choice for quality civil engineering solutions. This is a hands-on role requiring creativity, strategic thinking, and project management skills to plan and deliver impactful communications across multiple platforms.
Reporting to: Director of Marketing
Main Objectives of the role:
1. Campaign Management
o Plan, launch, and monitor marketing campaigns to promote product ranges and new innovations.
o Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and product development, to ensure campaigns effectively support business objectives.
o Track and report on the performance of campaigns, using insights to optimize future activities.
2. Content Strategy and Creation
o Develop and execute a content strategy and plan aligned with the company’s strategy, vision, and values.
o Write and edit compelling content for various channels, including the website, email campaigns, social media, brochures, and case studies.
o Ensure all content adheres to the brand’s tone of voice, remaining clear, engaging, and free from unnecessary jargon.
3. Public Relations and Agency Management
o Set a clear plan with defined goals, expectations, and deliverables for our PR agency, ensuring alignment with your content and campaign strategy.
o Work closely with internal stakeholders to provide the agency with the necessary resources, insights, and approvals to deliver impactful campaigns.
o Monitor agency performance, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and meet agreed KPIs.
o Drive PR initiatives, including press releases, trade publication features, thought leadership, and CSR opportunities, ensuring consistent messaging and brand representation.
4. Event and Exhibition Planning
o Plan industry events, exhibitions, and webinars that support the campaign and content strategy.
o Work closely with the Communications Manager and Digital Marketing Manager to ensure successful events are delivered.
o Assist with event logistics and on-site representation when required.
5. Social Media
o Develop and manage the social media strategy and plan to increase brand awareness and engagement.
o Create and schedule social media posts that align with campaigns, featuring high-quality visuals and copy.
o Monitor social media platforms for customer feedback, industry trends, and engagement opportunities.
6. Stakeholder Engagement
o Maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and industry organisations to amplify campaign reach.
o Leverage industry insights to position the business as thought leaders in civil engineering.
7. Brand Management
o Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all external communications reflect the brand’s trusted and expert identity.
o Work closely with Communications and Digital Marketing Manager roles to ensure high-quality content at all touch points.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or previous experience in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in content creation, campaign management, or a similar marketing role.
* Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt content to different audiences and formats.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results on time and within budget.
* Familiarity with digital marketing tools, including content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, analytics tools, and AI content generation.

Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience + performance-based bonus
