The butcher is responsible for preparing and processing various types of meat for retail, wholesale or one of our restaurants. This includes cutting, trimming, boning, grinding and packaging meat according to customer specifications and health standards. The butcher must ensure the highest level of food safety and hygiene, maintain cleanliness in the workspace, and handle tools and equipment with care. Additionally, the role involves managing inventory, ensuring proper storage of products, and providing excellent customer service by answering questions and recommending cuts of products.
