- Screening of external visitors for clients and tenants.
- Visitor management.
- Issuing temporary passes to contractors and visitors on site.
- Access and Saver registrar management.
- Security presence internally and externally.
- Monitoring the S2 alarms and CCTV. Any issues found with the system need to be reported as soon as possible to resolve the problem so day-to-day tasks can continue to be carried out to a high standard.
- Monitoring security inbox and personal emails.
- Managing staff: scheduling, uniform, hospitality, professionalism, patrols, equipment, reports, and timings.
- Lost property management.
- Responding to incidents; incident reports are to be submitted and made available to key points of contact in a timely fashion.
- Ensuring the security team logs deliveries.
- Challenging suspicious behavior.
- Reporting to the site security manager.
