Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable HR Consultant to join our manufacturing client for a 9 – 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a well-established team and provide key HR services across a variety of functions in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert HR support across a range of activities, including employee relations, performance management, and absence management. Support recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth integration of new employees. Assist with employee training and development initiatives, helping staff reach their full potential. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, offering advice on best practices. Provide administration support for HR functions, including updating employee records, contracts, and payroll. Assist with health & safety compliance in a manufacturing setting, ensuring workplace safety standards are met. You will have a proven track record in HR, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment, and strong HR knowledge, excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as problem-solving ability and hands-on experience.
