Creative Youth Worker:
This role will see you supporting young people who display challenging behaviours due to previous experiences or backgrounds.
You will have an understanding of the challenges these young people face and deal with them in a non-judgemental manner.
Help create opportunities for them so that they can then have the tools and confidence to be able to develop positive behaviour and social skills.
Establish positive and professional relationships with the students and be a good role model to them in a variety of aspects of day to day life.
Ensure safety and security of students’ as well as routines and expectations.
Bring your creativity and initiative to this role, to help inspire and encourage positivity!
