As a team, we are here to help our people build extraordinary careers and continue to achieve incredible business growth. * Helping the business through change by ensuring that we’re ahead of the game with our people plans
* Ensuring we have competitive and culturally supportive policies, guides, benefits and ways of working
* Interpreting our people data to create meaningful insight that aids both the wider People team
What does that mean in practice?
We think differently about how we deliver HR, we’re not overly corporate but balance that with the need to have the right frameworks in place to ensure fairness and consistency. There is so much to do as we grow our individual brands, our global footprint and collectively as a group; that’s where you come in. We’re looking for someone who can understand our business, who can balance the needs of our different brands and anticipate what’s needed for the future.
What will you need in order to succeed?
* Experience in a matrixed, multinational environment
* Strong understanding of European employment law, regulations, and compliance requirements
* Experience in leading organizational change and transformation.
* Experience of working in a busy HR team with a business partnering model

* Solid understanding and experience of the full employee lifecycle, typical HR processes and progressive approaches
* Experience of working with HR data to create meaningful insights and recommendations

* Excellent communication skills – this is a people business and building relationships is key
* Experience in a similar size business (c. 500 people) within a fast-paced industry, ideally recruitment, sales or retail
