The role
This new role in their London office will lead large-scale projects from start to finish, acting as the client-facing lynchpin. You will coordinate event logistics, production, creative, and content by collaborating with internal departments and external suppliers. From concept to completion, you will take the lead while managing often large budgets (to reconciliation) and ensuring events are delivered on time and within budget.
About you
We are looking for a candidate with a strong agency background and experience in leading large-scale internal comms events and conferences. You should have successfully managed your own large-scale event projects from start to finish, understand event logistics and production, and have worked in a process-driven manner. This role will manage your own projects and have budget responsibility. A driver's license is needed for travel to UK events, and ideally, you should have your own car.
