Acorn by Synergie is looking for a temporary Administrator with strong knowledge of Word and Excel to work in a busy HR office that has around 300 employees to manage. This is an excellent opportunity for an Administrator who is looking to gain experience within an HR department.
As an Administrator, you will be supporting the HR team with all aspects of administration including data entry, organising training records along with any other administration duties as requested.
Responsibilities:
1. Support the HR team with all aspects of administration.
2. Data entry and management of training records.
3. Perform other administrative duties as requested.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Proven recent Administration experience in a busy office.
2. Ability to multitask and work to strict deadlines.
3. Positive and flexible approach to work.
4. Excellent IT skills, particularly in Word and Excel.
5. Experience in a fast-paced environment.
6. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
