Admin Volunteer - Psychological Professionals Therapies Directorate

This opportunity is to volunteer in the psychological professionals and therapies directorate which is one of the corporate / backbone directorates in RDaSH. You would be supporting the work of Psychological Professionals, Allied Health Professionals and Social Workers across the trust. You would be supporting the administrative function of the team which is vital to the team's success including note taking, working with word documents and spreadsheets and supporting with any events across the trust.
The volunteer role is face-to-face and cannot be done remotely - Please read the role carefully this is a volunteer unpaid role.
Main duties of the job
The volunteer is required to work within the list of tasks identified as follows:
1. Taking and preparing notes (not formal minutes)
2. Completing satisfaction surveys that are patient facing when needed.
3. Using Microsoft packages to manipulate information.
4. Mapping of staff and competencies across the Trust and assurances.
5. Supporting staff in dealing with spreadsheets and stock control of equipment.
6. Answering telephones.
7. Making drinks for visitors and meetings.
8. Photocopying.
9. Confidential shredding.
10. Supporting events and conferences - registration and events management.
11. Updating information on the Intranet.
12. Report any concerns to the Supervisor / Service Manager.
