Acting as a direct point of contact for suppliers/internal clients for all operational requirements:
1. Highly organized, ensuring all information and data processing requirements are delivered accurately and in a timely manner, respecting deadlines and data integrity to ensure subsequent processes can be completed on a "right first time" basis.
2. Investigate, monitor, and resolve discrepancies between product and supplier master data using various in-house systems; cross-checking various sources of information and internal systems.
3. Correct any occurring errors within orders received.
4. Process all orders and ensure compliance with all custom laws and regulations, work according to SOP, analyze all supplier performance, and manage communication with suppliers.
5. Minimum secondary school GCSE level education, grades A-C.
6. Working in a team environment.
7. Taking responsibility for managing own work.
8. Problem-solving skills.
Additional Requirements:
Attention to detail and the ability to use Excel and other Microsoft packages is essential to the role.
Working Monday to Friday between 9 am & 5 pm - a combination of home and office working is available.
