We currently have an exciting opportunity for two FTCSite Supervisors to join our Arb Rail division, based in Tenby & Barry, Wales. In this role, you will oversee Ground Control employees and field teams as they complete Arboriculture and Vegetation works along tracks and rail sites, ensuring all work is carried out safely, on time, and to our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Day-to-day supervision of Arb teams on infrastructure sites, ensuring field teams remain compliant and safe.
2. Lead and coordinate Ground Control employees and field teams to complete projects effectively and safely.
3. Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency across all projects.
Who We’re Looking For:
1. Ideally, you will have Site Supervisor experience in a Rail environment, but training will be provided for the right candidate looking to advance their career.
2. A natural leader who can build rapport with the team and ensure they follow safety procedures and project requirements.
Essential Skills and Requirements:
1. Full current driving licence.
2. Strong customer and client service skills.
3. A results-driven approach with excellent organisational, communication, and planning skills.
4. Competent IT skills and the ability to manage your own administration.
