Office Administrator
Delta Sheet Metal is a successful family business and due to expansion, we require an Office Administrator to join our team.
You must be enthusiastic, keen, reliable, and adaptable to the roles you are asked to undertake.
The role will involve liaising with suppliers and customers by both telephone and email.
The main responsibilities of the role will include:
1. Taking calls and passing on relevant information
2. Administrative tasks
3. Computer literate
4. Purchase order processing and goods receiving
5. Assisting in the purchasing of fixings
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Excellent administrative experience, with high attention to detail
2. Experience with Excel spreadsheets
3. Strong communication skills, with an excellent telephone manner
4. A pro-active and flexible approach to work
5. Able to prioritise tasks
6. Experience with SAGE accounting systems is preferred but not essential as training will be provided
Job Details:
Monday – Friday, Part-time hours to be agreed
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
