Job Description
* Lead and manage the People function, ensuring all operations align with company policies and standards.
* Oversee the day-to-day of the people function, in a standalone position.
* Report into the Director of Operations.
* Responsible for all recruitment, including all creative recruitment.
* Manage the budgets for wellness programs.
* Administer benefits programs and employee incentives.
* Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
* Ensure regulatory compliance in all HR practices.
* Contribute to a positive and inclusive company culture.
* Act as a point of contact for People-related queries from employees and management.
* Work with the CEO and key stakeholders from the outset.
The Successful Applicant
A successful People Manager should have:
* A strong background in Human Resources within the Media & Agency industry.
* Ideally CIPD L3 qualified or above, OR 5+ years demonstrable experience.
* Experience working with USA.
* Experience running a recruitment process end-to-end.
* Embedding yourself into an organisation and gaining trust from C-Suite from the outset.
* Proficiency in managing benefits programs.
* Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Available to start immediately.
