Location: Wirral OR Greater London & Surrounding Areas (Hybrid work available)
Remuneration: £35,000 - £40,000 + Bonus £5,000

The role of the Internal Business Development Manager – Height Safety Systems will involve:
1. Internal Sales position selling the installation of height safety systems
2. Selling to property & facility managers, contractors and end users such as schools
3. Monitor and manage a pipeline of ongoing and upcoming tenders
4. Consult with clients to understand their requirements and propose appropriate solutions for projects
5. Track and follow up on quotes sent out by the estimating team
6. Project sizes can range from £25,000 - £1m
The ideal applicant will be Internal Business Development Manager – Height Safety Systems with:
1. Must have strong sales experience, ideally working for a sub-contractor
2. Ideally will have experience selling height safety solutions or within a related industry such as fire, security, lightening protection, electrical etc.
3. Must be hungry and motivated to succeed
4. Must be confident on the phone with customers
5. Excellent communication skills across all levels
6. Able to work autonomously & as part of a team
