Come make a real difference as our new Customer Liaison Officer!
Everyone should have a warm, safe, affordable home.
As our Customer Liaison Officer, you’ll help make this a reality for thousands of families in our communities. You will be part of our assets team, working to improve our homes through our planned maintenance programmes. You will support energy efficiency improvement works in customers' homes, helping to tackle instances of fuel poverty. As well as the energy work, you will support other planned improvement works (such as kitchen/bathroom improvements) to ensure that we meet and exceed the Decent Homes Standards.
As a friendly face of Two Rivers Housing, you’ll help provide a high-quality customer service to our tenants, guiding and supporting them through the process as their homes are upgraded. At each stage, you’ll make sure all paperwork is completed, our systems are updated, and that satisfaction data is collected.
What you’ll bring to our team
Building close relationships with our customers and working together with our teams, you’ll use your knowledge and experience to answer questions about the works and find solutions to resolve any issues quickly. You’ll help ensure our customers are at the heart of everything we do and support our objective of delivering a great customer experience.
