As an Accounts Semi-Senior, you will work with a range of clients to provide accounts, tax, VAT and payroll/ pensions services. To be considered for this position, you must have experience working in an accountancy practice.
Your accounting work will include
* Preparation of statutory accounts for limited companies and sole traders
* Filing Companies House returns
* Processing Personal tax returns.
* Preparing VAT returns
* Completing client payroll
You will be using Sage Accounts/ Sage Payroll, VT Software, cloud systems and Excel. Good working knowledge of these packages would be beneficial.
* An office-based role with some scope to work from home
* The office is at Discovery Park and offers free onsite parking and excellent facilities.
Previous experience working within a practice of chartered or certified accountants is essential, and you should be at AAT Level 3 or 4 or be qualified by experience.
