Main duties of the job This is a two-year fixed tenure role, and a minimum of three days a month would be expected to undertake the role successfully. We operate using a hybrid model, with some meetings online but one to two days per month would be in person in Kent. There is a developmental component to the opportunity, and we will support the successful candidate to build their personal and professional capability and bridge knowledge gap s.
