We’re partnering with a high profile fashion brand to find an experienced Influencer Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead in building and nurturing relationships with influencers, managing influencer-driven campaigns, and driving brand growth in the digital space while overseeing a high functioning team of Creator relationship assistants. The Role As the Influencer Manager, you’ll oversee all influencer touchpoints, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and building lasting partnerships that resonate with the brand’s values. Your expertise in fashion, digital marketing, and influencer relationship management will be key in fostering brand awareness and strengthening the online community primarily utilising Tik Tok as a platform. Key Responsibilities Team Management: Lead and manage the influencer team, ensuring KPIs are met, reporting is accurate, and updates are provided to the board. Influencer Identification: Identify and recruit influencers and content creators whose values align with the brand. Partnership Negotiation: Negotiate mutually beneficial terms and contracts, collaborating with legal and finance teams. Relationship Building: Develop strong, long-term relationships with influencers and act as the main point of contact for their queries and collaborations. Campaign Integration: Collaborate with the marketing team to seamlessly integrate influencers into broader campaigns. UGC Management: Oversee user-generated content (UGC) to ensure timely delivery that aligns with briefs and campaign goals. Performance Analysis: Track and analyze influencer campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies. Compliance: Ensure all influencer content adheres to brand guidelines, FTC regulations, and industry standards. Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and the evolving influencer marketing landscape. What We’re Looking For Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in influencer relationship management or a similar role. Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and collaboration skills. Knowledge: In-depth understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends. Tools: Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms.
