You’ll stay informed of the latest technology advancements by networking and attending industry events, which will help inform our innovation, AI, and overall HR technology strategy. Distilling this knowledge to the wider HR Systems team, you’ll foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Additionally, you’ll oversee the design and delivery of relevant technical systems and software training for the HR systems team and wider users, ensuring strong adoption and competency rates.
