The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will ideally have a minimum of a second-class Bachelors degree from a UK university or an overseas qualification of an equivalent standard in a relevant subject (e.g. psychology). Alternatively, a wealth of experience working with children and young people with mental health needs at a clinical level will also be considered. To be successful in the role candidates are required to have excellent time management skills.
