About the Role: We are now seeking a Senior Planner to join our team; delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community. As a Senior Planner you will coordinate and motivate all involved in the Responsive Repairs team. To lead, manage and motivate a Responsive Repairs Planning Team on a local Social Housing R&M Contract. The planning team’s core function is scheduling works orders through the in-house appointments system, allocating repairs works to trade operatives and contractors whilst ensuring a safe & high performing customer focussed service is maintained. You will strive to deliver all works are carried out with minimal average turnaround time, in compliance with Company operating procedures and achieve all your team’s KPIs. Key Criteria: Previous experience in a senior planning role Able to work as part of team and on own initiative Strong motivational skills Worked with and delivered KPIs IT literate – Outlook, Excel, Word Previously worked in a customer focused role.
