Job Overview
We are seeking to appoint an exceptional administrator to join our recently formed central team at Aspirational Futures Multi-Academy Trust.
This is an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of the HR, payroll and finance systems going forward.We are at a pivotal stage in our team development where we are focusing on improving our offer to member schools.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organised and efficient, be a people person with a desire to improve services ultimately to improve outcomes for the children in our schools.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Leading the recruitment, selection, and induction processes across all academies within the trust.
• Managing HR and finance systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Acting as the go-to expert for our HR/Payroll systems, maintaining employee records and trust structures.
• Processing financial transactions, including orders, invoices, journals, and expenses.
• Supporting the integrity of financial data and ensuring compliance with statutory returns.
• Assisting with internal and external audits, providing timely information.
• Maintaining a strong understanding of employee needs across the trust, championing our vision and ethos.
• What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in HR and finance administration, preferably within the education sector.
• A keen eye for detail with excellent organisational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to treating all staff with respect.
• Proficiency in HR and finance systems with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and embracing new challenges.
• A flexible team player who’s ready to support administrative functions as needed.
• Ideally we are looking for someone to work all year round but term time only would be considered for the right candidate.
