What we need:
This is a key role in the organisation and is the most senior role besides the manager. You will lead the nursing team and be responsible for delivering individual care plans while ensuring care plans meet our high clinical and compliance standards.
You will deputise for the home manager and work with local health care groups and GP's in order to deliver care. You will have access to all of the support and training you need in addition to working hours available to use on training and planning the training of nurses and care staff.
In the ideal scenario, this role is intended to progress to senior management and to be with us over the long term. We are looking for a superstar who can demonstrate the ability to go further.
We’ll look to you to lead, support, and inspire your team members, making sure your residents get the very best one-to-one care.
As an NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD), you’ll have good knowledge of care planning and clinical compliance. We will also accept applications from candidates who are in a senior nursing role and wish to step up.
An experienced Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD). The service welcomes applications from all General Nurses, Mental Health Nurses and Learning Disability Nurses as full training and support will be given with your own designated mentor.
Registered with a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK.
A proven track record of leading a nursing team in the delivery of person-centred care; including planning, implementing, and evaluating care.

Please apply if you are a Deputy Home Manager RGN with an active NMC PIN.
