Page Personnel have partnered with a well-established company who have been growing organically over the last few years. The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for managing all financial transactions related to accounts payable.
Accounts Payable Clerk The key responsibilities of an Accounts Payable Clerk will include:
Manage accounts payable using accounting software and other programs.
Handle account inquiries and reconcile statements.
Process invoices, payments, and track expenses.
Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
Maintain vendor relationships and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
Adhere to all accounting procedures and policies.
Report any irregularities in data to the management.
Assist with the preparation of monthly and yearly closings.

A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:
Proven experience working in an Accounts Payable role
Strong understanding of accounting principles.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
