Job Description
1. Helping to create monthly campaign briefs, synthesizing inputs from a client-provided content calendar and prioritized product messaging
2. Managing the creative team and facilitating client reviews and approvals across the delivery process.
3. Trafficking approved creative assets directly into Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
4. Ongoing daily/weekly maintenance of detailed asset routing spreadsheet, ensuring tracking URLs, destination CTAs, and vehicle offer details are accurately communicated to email deployment partner agency
5. Quickly achieve mastery of client requirements and preferences, and act as a point of authority for the assigned project resources
6. Collaborating effectively with outside agency partners responsible for managing CRM data and developing/deploying CRM emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, building positive working relationships and managing timelines that span multiple agencies and individual contributors
7. Being a champion of the fine details that can make or break a CRM program, while expertly balancing speed,
8. accuracy, and creative excellence
9. Lead weekly internal and external status calls, generating agendas and content as required to keep program on a winning trajectory
10. Conduct task planning for your projects in association with the relevant agency team members based on client briefs.

The Successful Applicant
11. 3+ years' experience as a client-facing project and/or delivery manager, including managing CRM programs and delivering projects within a top digital agency or client environment.
12. Strong email communication skills, with exceptional ability to stay on top of a busy project inbox and provide timely, thorough responses and proactive updates
13. Stellar organizational skills, with a particular knack for keeping digital project folders tidy and up-to-date with all program assets, notes, briefs, and reports
14. Experience with automotive clients is a plus.
15. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
