🎯 Role: Appointment Setter / Sales Assistant (Full-Time)
We’re looking for someone who thrives in social conversations. You’ll be speaking with warm leads through DMs, qualifying them, building rapport, and booking them in for calls with our sales team. This role is perfect for recent graduates, career starters, or ambitious go-getters who want to break into the world of high-performance sales.
🛠 Responsibilities:
* Start DM conversations with leads on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
* Use our proven frameworks to qualify leads and book sales calls
* Follow up with people who don’t respond right away – fortune’s in the follow-up
* Track all your conversations and leads using our CRM tools
* Give feedback on what’s working and where we can improve
* Collaborate with marketing to align content and lead gen efforts
🚀 What We’re Looking For:
✅ Strong written communication – you’re personable, persuasive, and professional in the DMs
✅ Outstanding organisation skills – you keep track of conversations, leads, and follow-ups with ease
✅ Experience in social selling, appointment setting, or online customer service is a plus (but not required)
✅ Self-starter with initiative – you take ownership and get things done without micromanagement
✅ Reliable and consistent – you show up, stay on top of your metrics, and are committed to improvement
✅ Coachable and growth-minded – you take feedback well and want to level up
✅ Passion for helping others and making an impact
